Delicious Healthy Turkey Meat Loaf Recipe
This is one of my husbands and I favorite recipe. This is the low salt
version, but you can always add salt to taste.
3 lb. Ground Turkey - We do not get the lowest in fat as that will
make a dry meat loaf.
I Can Campbell's Healthy Choice Tomato Soup (do not add water)
3/4 Cup of Egg Beaters or 3 real eggs
I Yellow Onion Chopped
2 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2-3 Shakes of Onion Mrs. Dash seasonings
1 Cup of broken Corn Chips or Oat Bran
Topping:
Catsup
4 strips of Turkey bacon (cut in half)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Mix all the ingredients together well. I mix all ingredients and add
the corn chips last.
Form into a loaf in a glass baking dish, spread catsup on top and place
turkey bacon across width at intervals and bake at 350 degrees for 2
hours. Test with a meat thermometer to test doneness for poultry.
We serve with side dishes of vegetables. Mashed potatoes are great
as well... Enjoy!
