Tomato Broccoli Bean Soup Recipe

Convenient and Healthy
Servings: 2
Ingredients:
1 Can Tomato Soup (I
use Campbells
Healthy Request - less salt and fat, but enough to still be tasty.
Tomato soup is a great source of Lycopene
1 Cup of Canned Navy Beans
(I use Bush's) - Great source of fiber!
2 Servings of Frozen Broccoli
or Cauliflower ( I use frozen Broccoli most, has fiber, vitamin
C and more)
1/2 to 1 Serving of Carb
Focus Chips (High fiber and good for you) or Fritos - We add these
to the soup at the dinner table.
Or Substitute a Corn Muffin
- Break up and add to soup.
Prepare all according to the
instructions on packaging.
When all is prepared, measure
out the servings and combine in the individual serving bowls.
Sometimes I will microwave
for a minute or so after combining if needed.
